"The Iberian Collection" is a day of modern choreographies (all or mostly my own) to music from Iberia - Catalan, Galician, Sephardic, Spanish, Valencian, Asturian, Medieval or Portuguese.

Dances are some from the list below (music source is given after dance name). A second list gives the country or region etc. of origin of the music.

The "Iberian" workshop can also be expanded to "The Mediterranean Collection", including choreographies to music from Spain, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon and more (but excluding Galicia, Asturias, and Portugal!)

For more details of the dances, on other pages on this site, there are NOTES for most of my own choreographies ("Iberian" or otherwise); and a full list of choreographies, with music sources and links to buy some mp3s or CDs, at DANCE & MUSIC. There are also VIDEOS of me demonstrating some of the dances, which are also on my youtube channel.

Other themed dance days or events that are available, if you would like me to teach in your area, include; general Circle or International Folk Dance, traditional dances, general Balkan, Macedonia/Bulgaria, Romanian, Greek, Balkan Rom/Gypsy, irregular rhythms, meditational dances, my own or other modern choreographies, daus themed around water. or the sea, or the natural world, longer dances, and "Dancing With The Whole Body".
